What is Blind Decree? Blind Decree is an ongoing comic created by  A fan comic about a well known character in Pokemon Black and White and it's sequel. Basically a theory on N's past and his adventure traveling across Unova. Will this story include any shippings? The answer to that is a big no. Both Black (Hilbert, Touya) and White (Hilda, Touko) will be featured in it, and with the gamer's experience, N's main issue will be with the female character, but no, shippings are not in this.
